1) Free photo with Santa is valid on Saturday 23rd November 2019 at Ingle Farm Shopping Centre only. You will receive 1 free 6x4” photo per family, changes or additions available at the expense of the customer.
2) Exclusive offers are valid only on Saturday 23rd November 2019 at Ingle Farm Shopping Centre unless otherwise specified. All offers correct at time of printing but are subject to change at little to no notice. Not in conjunction or valid with any other offer. Terms, conditions and exclusions apply. See in-store for details.
3) All activities including the face painting, balloon twisting, giant advent calendar, Santa gifts, Santa photos and goodie bags are while stocks last and subject to capacity.
4) All activities including the face painting, balloon twisting, giant advent calendar, Santa gifts, Santa photos and goodie bags and locations are correct at time or promotional material printed but are subject to change at little to no notice.
5) Goodie Bags is limited to the first 300 children that are present on the 23rd of November 2019. Child must be present to receive 1 free goodie bag per child. Goodie bags are strictly while stock last.
6) Giant advent calendar subject to a total of 24 prize giveaways.
7) Giant advent calendar will take place when an entry form is drawn, and the person selected is invited to pick a date on the Advent Calendar.
8) Information on how to enter the Giant Advent calendar competition forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these conditions of entry.
9) This Giant advent calendar competition is being run at Ingle Farm Shopping Centre, Cnr Walkleys & Montague Rds., Ingle Farm SA 5098 (the 'Centre').
How to Enter “Giant Advent Calendar – Spend to Win”
10) People may enter the Spend to Win by spending a minimum of $10 at participating food retailers, $40 at participating specialty retailers or $80 at Coles, K-Mart or Aldi – multiple receipts accepted, visiting the Mix 102.3 located near Best&Less and presenting their receipt of purchase to verify minimum spend. Entry is only valid for entry forms that can be verified by original documents (e.g. original receipts) evidencing purchases which total minimum spend or more at a Participating Retailer (“Verifying Material”).
11) The Spend to Win commences at 12:00pm on Saturday 23rd November 2019 and concludes at 3:00pm Saturday 23rd November 2019 or while stocks last. Last entries to be received by 2:20pm Saturday 23rd November 2019.
12) Each entrant may submit as many entries as they wish provided they do not use Verifying Material more than once to validate entry.
13) Minimum spend must be met in on spend category (multiple receipts within category accepted), during campaign dates, at participating retailers.
14) Receipts must be presented as proof of purchase to claim free ‘gift’.
15) The entrant must be aged 18 years of age or over
16) The following transactions are excluded:
a. Purchases from service providers (such as banks, and entertainment);
b. ATM transactions;
c. Bill payments;
d. Lay by purchases
e. Gift voucher purchases
17) Officers, employees and immediate families of officers and employees of the Promoter, the associated companies and contractors of the Promoter, retailers at the Centre and any other agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
18) An entry that is incomplete, illegible or non-compliant with these terms and conditions is invalid and will not be accepted or considered. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries or claims for the gift and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry of claim for a gift which is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The Prize
19) All imagery used the advertise the ‘prize’ is a visual representation only, and is not true to size or show to the correct scale.
20) The ‘prize’ or ‘gift’ is not exchangeable for cash or any other items.
21) By entering this competition, an entrant releases and indemnifies the Promoter from and against all actions, liabilities, penalties, claims or demands the entrant may have against the Promoter or that the Promoter may incur any loss or damage which is or may be suffered or sustained as a direct or indirect result of an entrant entering or participating in the competition or winning or failing to win a prize, or using or permitting any other person to use the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law or which would cause any part of this clause to be void or unenforceable.
22) By accepting this prize, the winner agrees to participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable media editorial requests relating to the prize, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed, filmed and/or chaperoned throughout the duration of the prize.
23) The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow the winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the Promoter determines, in its absolute discretion, that the winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to safely participate in the prize. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
24) The Promoter's decision is final and no other correspondence will be entered into. The Promoters reserve the right to limit entry or amend rules if considered necessary without notice.

By entering the promotion, unless otherwise stated by the entrant, each entrant consents to the information they submit being entered into a database and the Promoter may:
